My Commitment to the Company Culture

My undergraduate degree is in Water Resource management from the University of Montana. This education developed a conservation ethic that closely aligns with Patagonia. I landed a job at the Montana Water Trust, a small Missoula non-profit that Patagonia financially supported. Back in the classroom earning an M.B.A, the first book I read was "Let my People go Surfing."  I've  held closely to these values both personally and professionally ever since.
